The following provisions constitute the entire Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") governing all transactions consummated through this website (hereinafter, the "Site") and its associated e-commerce storefront. By initiating, completing, or otherwise effectuating a purchase transaction through the Site, the purchasing party (hereinafter, "Customer," "Purchaser," or "you") acknowledges, affirms, and unconditionally accepts the terms enumerated herein in their entirety. This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be construed in conjunction with, any and all other governing instruments published on the Site, including but not limited to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Except as expressly and unambiguously delineated in Section 3 below, the Merchant does not, under any circumstance, extend to Customers the privilege of returning, exchanging, or otherwise remitting merchandise for monetary reimbursement, store credit, or substitute goods following the consummation of a sale. All purchases transacted through the Site are, upon confirmation and processing, deemed final, irrevocable, and non-contestable. Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to exercise diligent and thorough deliberation, including careful review of product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and imagery, prior to the finalization of any order, as no recourse for buyer's remorse, change of preference, incorrect sizing selection, or subjective dissatisfaction shall be entertained subsequent to purchase.
This prohibition applies universally and without exception to all categories of merchandise offered for sale through the Site, irrespective of the item's classification, price point, or method of payment utilized in its acquisition, save and except for the singular circumstance articulated in the succeeding section pertaining to merchandise received in a damaged or defective condition.
Notwithstanding the general prohibition articulated in Section 2, the Merchant recognizes a narrowly circumscribed exception applicable exclusively to circumstances wherein merchandise is received by the Customer in a damaged, defective, or otherwise materially compromised condition attributable to manufacturing irregularity, mishandling during transit, or comparable causation outside the Customer's control.
Customers who receive merchandise exhibiting damage, defect, or nonconformity must, as a condition precedent to any consideration of remedy, initiate a formal support case through the Merchant's designated customer service channel. Such support case shall be deemed validly submitted only upon inclusion of the following requisite particulars:
Support cases pertaining to damaged or defective merchandise must be initiated within a commercially reasonable period following the Customer's receipt of the merchandise. Claims submitted beyond a reasonable interval from the date of delivery may, at the Merchant's sole and exclusive discretion, be deemed untimely and therefore ineligible for remedial consideration.
Upon receipt and review of a properly submitted support case, the Merchant shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, determine the appropriate remedial course of action, which may include, without limitation, replacement of the merchandise, partial or full monetary reimbursement, or issuance of store credit. No particular remedy is guaranteed, promised, or warranted by virtue of the submission of a support case alone, and the Merchant reserves the unfettered right to request additional substantiating documentation prior to rendering a determination.
For the avoidance of doubt, the exception articulated in Section 3 shall not be construed to encompass, and the Merchant shall bear no obligation whatsoever with respect to, the following circumstances:
In no event shall the Merchant be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the purchase, receipt, or use of merchandise acquired through the Site, irrespective of whether such liability arises in contract, tort, or otherwise, and irrespective of whether the Merchant has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Merchant's aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising under this Policy shall not, under any circumstance, exceed the original purchase price of the merchandise giving rise to such claim.
The Merchant reserves the unqualified right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, modify, supplement, or wholesale revise this Policy at any time. Such amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication to the Site, and Customers are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to remain apprised of its current provisions. Continued utilization of the Site following any such amendment shall constitute conclusive acceptance of the revised terms.
This Policy shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection statutes governing the jurisdiction in which the Merchant conducts business, to the extent such statutes impose mandatory obligations that cannot be waived or superseded by contractual agreement. In the event any provision of this Policy is determined by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, such determination shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
To initiate a support case pursuant to Section 3, or to direct any inquiries regarding this Policy, Customers should contact the Merchant through the designated customer support channel available on the Site, providing the requisite order number and supporting documentation as specified above.
